Turning Back And Helping People In The Same Path

Turning back and helping people find their way on that same path you walked is a multifaceted answer. First is the ability to embrace discomfort. Your ability to embrace discomfort is directly proportional to the level of success, happiness, fulfillment, and joy you’re going to experience in life. So often, our natural instinct is to jump out of the water, but the amount of discomfort we have to lean to and actively see makes us powerful and impactful later on.

For Chris, his trips to Himalayas Mountains helped him discover the outdoor stimulus, which is a multisensory experience that lights up your optical nerves and different parts of your brain. According to him, you don’t have to do this to get the experience. He has created processes to help people get the same transformative experience without having to go to the mountain, and you can do the same in your space.

Niching Down To Your Find Transformation

The desire to niche down as a coach drew Chris to specialize in helping men find inner peace and joy in their life without sacrificing success. According to him, as you move to the online world, it’s important not to be general as a coach or a business owner.

The more narrow you become, the more specific your targeting, language, and the person you help and serve, and the more you cut through the noise.

Understanding your audience, the people you connect with, and impact the most is the first step to specialization and niching down. Start by choosing an audience that aligns with your passion. The people you can help make shifts or lead them into their transformation. For Chris, he saw an underserved need to help men step up and feel more powerful in their lives from a sense of authentic self regardless of what was happening around them.

Tip: Transformation is all about looking for the younger version of you, wrestling with life, and showing them what is possible to show up at the level that is possible for them and live a fulfilling life.

Making Money With Your Passion

It’s possible to make money doing something that lights the fire in you, but it doesn’t come easily. Sometimes it can take longer to figure everything out about how you want to be represented and what you want to offer to people. It doesn’t happen overnight.

So, don’t feel bad about the challenges. They are part of the learning process, not a sign of unworthiness, as many of us perceive. The biggest shift you can make is realizing that strength is born in challenging moments, not in moments of ease. Expecting growth without moving out of your comfort zone is like going to the gym with no weights and expecting changes.

Life will always shatter us down, but we have to put ourselves back together in a better way. Challenges allow us to reassemble ourselves by taking pain and turning it into strength and struggle into power. This will help us uncover our vibration energy and reach greater heights.

Aligning With Your Purpose

Getting stuck in a job because it’s paying your bills and giving up on your dream can be difficult to navigate. It doesn’t matter how good you are at your job. If you feel disconnected, you need to elucidate what you really want. Don’t allow the fear of “what ifs” to make you abandon your dream, take a step toward your dream, and you will make progress.

Getting aligned with your purpose and connecting with your inner self will give you more confidence to step up. It will also give you the clarity, confidence, and power to show up from a place of resourcefulness and be who you are meant to be.

Importance of Clarity and Self-Mastery

If you don’t know who you are and are not a master of your own world, the world will blow you around. There is so much temptation and inner imagery being sent to us, but none can ever match your life or passion.

When we lack clarity about who we are and what fuels us, we allow external influences to determine our destiny. This is like driving in a mist; it will slow us down and get us stuck in life. Doing the inner work and getting clear on what you want will help lift the mist, see where you are going, and open a highway to get to where you want to be.

Tip: If you don’t know what you want, the universe will hand you anything.
