Finding Your Purpose

Finding your purpose is all about removing the blocks to see what you’ve. We are the essence of who we are, we are here for a purpose, and we came here for a reason.

As business owners, we often find ourselves at the crossroads, in those moments when we have to do what is coming from within, and that is where passion manifests. Our purpose is always aligned with our passion. When we are passionate about what we do, we don't have to think about what path to follow. The goal is always to create a business or a job around our passion, which is our purpose.

According to Stephanie, it is not that we don't know our purpose. It is just that we feel disconnected from ourselves. Knowing your purpose starts with connecting yourself. Get to understand who you really are and allow yourself to connect with your inner drive. Let go of the parts of your identity that are not letting shine to connect with your purpose.

Aligning Your Identity with Your Purpose

Marketing does not define your purpose. It gives you an identity. You cannot articulate your purpose in your marketing message.

Finding your purpose starts unraveling the parts of your identity that you feel are not in alignment with who you are and want to become. When you understand the identity traps that are always pulling you from your purpose, you can avoid falling back into the old environment. Whether that is the desire for another degree or certification.

The goal is to move from identity to purpose. When you get to a place where you know what you want to do and can create a picture of it in terms of a business or a career that feels alive and good, you can start branding, creating a marketing message, and building purpose identity out of it.

Tip: Purpose is about tapping into a higher purpose and aligning with it. We don’t have to be identified with it because we’re evolving.

How to Stay Aligned and Investing In Yourself

Being consistent is the key to keeping the fire burning. The more you stop and start over, the more you lose momentum. To thrive, you have to walk in with your purpose and do it long enough, get feedback from people, make tweaks, and grow in it.

Your business growth is your inner growth. Investing in yourself, your support system, and in your business for the long term will help you stay aligned and manifest what you want. So many business owners struggle with investing in themselves because they are afraid of evolving, leaving their past selves behind, and stretching to the next level.

Investing in yourself is shifting your mindset, evolving, and stretching to serve your purpose and make the impact you want.

Building Your Credibility Through Your Brand

We don't invent things; we just discover them. So many business owners often think they cannot create credibility because there are people doing what they are doing. According to Stephanie, even for the big brands, there is always more than one and more popping up in the market, and they are all thriving.

As humans, we will always find a way to talk ourselves out of it, create excuses and stories about why we can’t do it, and we’re so good at it. Becoming self-aware of what is going on in your head, evaluating the stories you’re telling yourself, choosing what is serving you, and throwing away what is not is key to progress.

Cultivating Your Self-Image

Self-image is an important part of your identity. If you're not seeing yourself in the truth of who you are, you wrap yourself in identities that don't serve who you are and what you want to become.

Cultivating a good self-image always comes with an identity shift. Whether you want to shift into making 6-figures or from 6-figures to a million dollars, you need a big identity shift that begins with how you see yourself. If you start projecting who you want to be, that becomes your self-image and anything that doesn't align. You have to let it go. Otherwise, it will put it back to your old self.

Identity and self-image shift doesn't happen overnight, but seeing them and knowing with certainty that you’re going there is key to success. This will help you move past distractions and things that come to sabotage it.

Tip: In this game of life, we can be whoever and whatever we want, and that is where our self-image starts to get fun.
