Providing Value To Others

If you talk through your experiences and lessons learned on your path, there will be enough cross-over, and your content will help others. Trying to reverse engineer what will help others is not effective especially if you don’t feel passionate about it. Telling your story in a way that is authentic to you and putting your content out to the world will help others find their way in life.

There are so many people who are struggling in the same situation that you came out of and sharing your experience is what makes you authentic. More often than not,  our purpose comes from our pain. Whatever you struggle with the most is what you want to help people with. So every time you stumble, fall, rise up, improve, and learn, that is what you want to share and help make it easiest for other people.

Tip: If you would do it for yourself, even if nobody else like it, that is what you should be doing.

How to cultivate authenticity in your content

In today's world, where anyone can hop up on a camera and create content, authenticity is critical to stand out, and you can't hide or fake it. It is hard to be real and authentic when you're not doing something that you love, care about, or that will help the younger you.

You have to focus on what matters to you to build your authority. Understanding that your audience needs to get value from your creation and providing it gives you a reason to be persistent. You have to combine your heart and head together to thrive. If you're just doing it for yourself, that is just a hobby, If you're doing something as a business, it has to bring value to people and that's where the head comes in.

Tip: If you love it but there is no market for it, It is just a hobby. If there is a giant market, but you don't love it, you will lose because you're going up against the people who love the thing.

Learning How To Say No

When you’re starting out, there are so many people that can take your energy from you. Learning how to cultivate a purpose-driven life will help you distinguish yourself and learn how to say No. When you focus on things that revolve around your purpose, dismissing things that don’t align with what matters to you becomes easier.

It is tough to say no, but understanding your North Star and scheduling out of your calendar for different activities, whether that is your projects, content, team mentoring, publicity, family, or fun, will help you to be effective.

Tip: At the beginning of your business, get to know more people. You never know who might be your client or next investor, and increasing randomness in the right circles instead of trying to be super strategic with the people you know will help you grow.

Experimenting And Creating Your Own Path

Hanging out with people who have been in the game longer comes with great benefits. It will help you be more prepared for what is ahead in your own path.

You’re your own experiment. Everybody has their own process, and you have your own way of doing things. Play around and explore different strategies to create your own authentic path. Do get yourself in the rabbit holes trying to copy what successful people are doing and thinking that is the path to success. Often that is not always the case.

Success is a process that is unique to you. If you continuously shoot the shots, you will refine and become naturally. We are all masters of what we’re doing, but we sack at where we want to go or who we want to become, but quantity creates quality, Create content, learn from it, and improve yourself.

Tip: The way you make 100K is different from the way you make a million; learn the engine and position what is at your disposal to elevate the process and increase the magnitude and scale.
